Return Policy

Instructions and terms of use for delivery services:
The address and mobile number for delivery must be written accurately.
In case of any issues with the delivery process, please contact our technical support team.
The customer is not entitled to cancel or return the ordered goods after 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
In case of any modifications to the order for any reason, a new time for the order will be calculated, and it will not be deducted from the previous order time.

Shipping and delivery costs are determined by the shipping company or the delivery agent based on the geographical area and the size of the shipment, and can be paid upon delivery via Visa or cash.
Delivery times:
• Orders are received within 24 to 72 hours, with a maximum of 5 days.
• In some cases, delivery may take more than five days depending on the availability of the product in our warehouses. The customer will be notified on the same day of placing the order if the delivery of this product will take more than five days.
• The customer can request to receive the shipment directly from the warehouses by contacting us after placing the order.
If there is no response or the customer isunable to receive the order for any reason, the product will be returned to us, and a new bill will be issued with the refund value added to it.
